Cutting: Fully automatic cutting machine to meet the cutting needs of various size.
Coating: Brushing bright oil on the surface can increase the surface gloss and scratch resistance of the printed piece, and also increase a certain hardness.
Printing: Iron sheet treatment, coating with inner coating,primer, bottom color, offset printing, coating with varnish, drying and molding.
Leak Detection: Ensure product quality and prevent to customers with best quality.
Warehouse: Comes with 10,000 square meters of warehouse, free storage of tin cans.
Q:How do you control the quality?
A:We will make samples before mass production, and after sample approved, we will begin mass production.
Doing 100% inspection during production; then do random inspection before packing; taking pictures after packing.
Q:If any quality problem, how can you settle it for us?
A:If any breakage or defect products were found, you must take the pictures from the original carton. All the claims must be presented within 7 working days after discharging the container. This date is subject to the arrival time of container.
We will advise you to certify the claim by third party, or we can accept the claim from the samples or pictures you present, finally we will completely compensate all your loss.

A:Yes, samples will be provided freely for quality confirmation before order.
4. Q:Do you accept customized order?
A:Yes, products will be customized according to customer's artwork Al file. It can be customized about its height & diameter & coating & printing & technology etc. Please contact us for details before placing an order.
5. Q:How do you control the quality?
